The server stores the encrypted keystore backup associated with your account; the wallet password is used locally to encrypt and unlock that keystore. EcomTrade24 cannot reverse blockchain transactions, so address and network checks still matter.

Is the wallet free?
The Starter plan has a €0 monthly subscription. Network gas and configured transaction/service fees can still apply when you use the wallet.
Do I need MetaMask?
No. EcomTrade24 Wallet can create and encrypt its own EVM wallet directly in the browser.
Where is my private key stored?
The application stores the encrypted wallet keystore with your account. Your wallet password is used in the browser to decrypt it when you sign a transaction. Keep that password and your recovery data safe.
Can I receive USDC on both Polygon and Ethereum?
Yes, when those routes are enabled. They are separate network balances even though the same EVM address can be used.
Is this only for payment recovery?
No. Recovery is one use case. You can also receive assets, send assets, create payment links and use merchant payout workflows.
